JPMorgan plans buffered digital notes due 2020 tied to S&P 500

Chicago, July 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due Jan. 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of at least 10.75%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48129MG34.
