JPMorgan to price 15-month digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Sept. 11, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,080.50 to $1,094.70 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on June 8.
The Cusip number is 48129MZV1.
