New Issue: JPMorgan sells $730,000 capped buffer enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE fund

Chicago, May 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $730,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the fund finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain up to a maximum return of 13.5%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
