Morgantown, W.Va., March 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.51 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 26, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times the gain, with the payout capped at par plus 27.95%.
If the ETF declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
