JPMorgan to price capped enhanced participation notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Oct. 7, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,241.50 to $1,284.10 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 8.
The Cusip number is 46647MJ38.
