Chicago, March 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of 0% contingent buffered return enhanced notes due March 24, 2022 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any fund gain.
If the fund falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.
If the fund falls by more than the contingent buffer, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
