New Issue: JPMorgan prices $233,000 buffered return enhanced notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $233,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 2, 2025 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 21.75%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF may decline beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
