New York, Aug. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.63 million of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 21, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 7.25%, paid semiannually.
The securities will be called automatically at par if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual determination date.
At maturity, the payout will be par if the worst performing asset finishes at or above 75% of initial level.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.33333% for every 1% decline of the worst performing asset beyond 25%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
