New Issue: JPMorgan prices $936,000 uncapped digital barrier notes linked to S&P
Chicago, May 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $936,000 of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due July 2, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index ends above its 80% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 19%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
