JPMorgan plans to issue uncapped accelerated barrier notes linked to Stoxx, EAFE ETF

New York, May 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to issue 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due June 4, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 235% of the return of the worst performing asset. The payout will be par if the worst performing asset declines but finishes at or above its 70% barrier. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it closes below its barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes were expected to price on May 31 and to settle on June 3.

The Cusip number is 48133FZM0.

The fee is 1%.
