Chicago, April 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.96 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Jan. 3, 2023 linked to the shares of United Rentals, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 9.25% if the stock closes at or above its 71% coupon barrier on the review date for that month.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below 71% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
