India’s Jyothy Laboratories may raise funds via note private placement

Chicago, Dec. 1 – Jyothy Laboratories Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it may issue debt securities in a private placement.

The issue will be considered at a board meeting set for Dec. 8, according to the notice.

The Mumbai, India, company makes and sells fabric whiteners, soaps, detergents, mosquito coils and incense sticks.
