Just Energy redeems C$25 million of 9¾% senior notes due June 2018

Norfolk, Va., March 31 – Just Energy Group Inc. redeemed C$25 million of its 9¾% senior unsecured notes due June 2018, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were redeemed at a total redemption price of C$28,337,547.

Following the transaction, C$80 million of the notes remain outstanding.

Just Energy is a natural gas and electricity provider based in Mississauga, Ont.
