Jubilant Organosys may sell foreign-currency convertible bonds

Chicago, Jan. 19 - Jubilant Organosys Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will hold a board meeting on Jan. 21 to consider issuing foreign-currency convertible bonds.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Jubilant Organosys is a Noida, India, integrated pharmaceutical company.
