India’s Jubilant Life unit to redeem $100 million of 4 7/8% notes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 21 – Jubilant Life Sciences subsidiary Jubilant Pharma Ltd. plans to redeem $100 million of its $300 million 4 7/8% senior notes due 2021, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 20 at 102.4375 plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Jubilant Life Sciences is an Uttar Pradesh, India-based pharmaceutical and life sciences company.
