New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.08 million six-year notes linked to ETF Efficiente 5

Chicago, July 10 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.08 million of 0% notes due July 11, 2019 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
