JPMorgan plans five-year CDs tied to JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index

Chicago, April 7 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due April 29, 2016 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 115% of any gain in the index, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The index tracks the excess return of a portfolio of 12 exchange-traded funds, with dividends reinvested, and the JPMorgan Cash Index USD 3 Month above the return of the cash index.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is the distributor.

The CDs will price on April 26 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip is 48123YWT9.
