JPMorgan to price 20-year contingent interest CDs linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., Feb. 19 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price contingent interest certificates of deposit due Feb. 28, 2034 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

The CDs will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 4.75% if the index closes at or above the 75% strike level on any monthly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final interest payment, if any.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The CDs (Cusip: 48125TFN0) will price Feb. 25 and settle Feb. 28.
