JPMorgan plans CDs due 2019 with floor linked to ETF Efficiente 5

Chicago, Sept. 5 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Sept. 30, 2019 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of any index gain, with a minimum payout of par. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
The index tracks the excess return of a portfolio of 12 exchange-traded funds, with dividends reinvested, above the return of the JPMorgan Cash Index USD 3 Month less a fee of 0.5% per year that accrues daily.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The CDs will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 28.
The Cusip number is 48124JJB5.
