JPMorgan to sell contingent coupon CDs due 2032 tied to Russell 2000

Madison, Wis., Feb. 3 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price contingent interest certificates of deposit due Feb. 27, 2032 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a term sheet.

Interest will accrue at a rate of 4% per year for each day that the index closes at or above 600. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The CDs (Cusip: 48123Y6H4) are expected to price on Feb. 23 and settle on Feb. 28.
