JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes tied to Nasdaq

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 31, 2022 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return, subject to a maximum return of 18.75%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to the buffer amount and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond the buffer amount, which is expected to be 10% and will be set at pricing.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Nov. 25.
The Cusip number is 48132F7H3.
