New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2 million callable step-up notes due 2031 with 2.75% initial rate

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 22 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Nov. 21, 2031, according to a 431B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate will be 2.75% initially, stepping up to 3.25% on Nov. 21, 2025 and to 4% on Nov. 21, 2028.

Interest will be payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning on Nov. 21, 2021.
