JPMorgan plans to price digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due May 5, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount, which is expected to be between $1,083.90 and $1,098.40 per $1,000 principal amount of notes and will be set at pricing. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Nov. 1.
The Cusip number is 48132F2P0.
