JPMorgan eyes capped buffered return enhanced notes on EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain, capped at par plus 18%.

If the ETF declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 28.

The Cusip number is 48132FRU2.
