Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $652,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 3, 2021 linked to a basket of two indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 50% weight and the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
