New Issue: JPMorgan prices $519,000 contingent interest autocallables linked to Nasdaq, iShares MSCI EM

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., July 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $519,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due June 30, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Each month, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 8% per year if each underlying closes at or above its buffer threshold, 85% of its initial level, on the review date for that month.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the contingent coupon if each underlying closes at or above its initial level on any review date other than the first, second and final review dates.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either underlying finishes below its buffer threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlying declines beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
