New Issue: JPMorgan sells $715,000 contingent digital buffered notes on Qualcomm

Morgantown, W.Va., May 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $715,000 of 0% contingent digital buffered notes due May 13, 2020 linked to the common stock of Qualcomm Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final share price is at least 85% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.4%.

If the stock falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% share price decline beyond 15%.
