Columbus, Ohio, April 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 28, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain with the payout capped at par plus 12.05%.
If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
