Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $190,000 of 0% contingent buffered notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF finishes at or above 75% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 9.75%.
If the ETF falls by more than the 19.75% contingent buffer, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
