New Issue: JPMorgan sells $168,000 digital equity notes due 2019 tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., June 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $168,000 of 0% digital equity notes due Sept. 11, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,087 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
