Chicago, May 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.79 million of 0% digital buffered equity notes due May 26, 2021 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund return is at least zero, the payout at maturity will be the greater of the par plus the gain and the threshold settlement amount of $1,276 for each $1,000 principal amount.
If the fund falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
