Chicago, May 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.4 million of 0% capped buffered participation equity enhanced notes due Sept. 13, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any index gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,160.30 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be fully exposed to any losses beyond the geared buffer.
