JPMorgan to price return enhanced notes on Taiwan Stock Exchange index

Morgantown, W.Va., March 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Sept. 25, 2019 linked to the Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 4.22 times the index gain. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 23.

The Cusip number is 48129MEW2.
