Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.74 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 3, 2020 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 2 times the gain, capped at $13.40 per PLUS.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any index decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
