New Issue: JPMorgan sells $10.75 million three-year autocalls tied to S&P, Russell

Chicago, Jan. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10.75 million of autocallable notes due Jan. 28, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 10.05% if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 80% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
