Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $757,000 of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Nov. 27, 2018 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index gain, subject to a maximum return of 19%. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
