New Issue: JPMorgan prices $30 add-on to contingent yield trigger autocallables tied to indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced another $30.00 of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due Aug. 23, 2027 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This brings the total deal size to $5,243,330, up from $5,243,300 at pricing on Aug. 18.

As previously announced, the notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 6.2% if each index closes at or above the 70% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par of $10 if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index falls below the 50% downside threshold, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

UBS Financial Services Inc. is the distributor.
