JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 31, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of at least 21.9%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 25 and settle on May 31.

The Cusip number is 46647MKG7.
