Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $580,000 of autocallable notes due Oct. 30, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 10% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any of three annual review dates.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index closes below its 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the loss.
