JPMorgan plans five-year digital return notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due July 27, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of between $1,427.70 and $1,502.90 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 22 and settle on July 29.

The Cusip number is 46646EPR7.
