Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 26 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $3.62 million of return optimization securities due April 27, 2017 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple the gain, up to a maximum return of 19.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the underwriters.
