JPMorgan to price capped buffered return notes on iShares MSCI EM ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 1 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 28, 2018 linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any ETF gain, subject to a maximum return of 21% to 25%, which will be set at pricing.

If the ETF drops by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% the ETF declines beyond the 10% buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 24 and settle on Feb. 29.

The Cusip number is 48128GLK4.
