New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.91 million lesser index return enhanced notes linked to Topix, Nikkei

New York, Oct. 30 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced a $2.91 million issue of 0% lesser index return enhanced notes due Nov. 30, 2007 linked to the Topix and Nikkei 225 indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ending index level of the lesser-performing index is greater than its initial index level, payout at maturity will be par plus triple the return on that index. The return will be capped at a maximum total return of 37%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the lesser-performing index.
