New Issue: JPMorgan sells $0.141 million principal-protected notes linked to S&P 500

New York, Oct. 30 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. sold $0.141 million of 0% principal-protected senior notes due April 30, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, the notes pay out par plus 103% of the gain on the index, with a minimum of par.
