New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.08 million buffered PLUS tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 17 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.08 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 20, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 26%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
