New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.11 million buffered return notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 30 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.11 million of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due July 31, 2017 to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 18%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
