New Issue: JPMorgan prices $275,000 uncapped buffered return notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, July 30 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $275,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due July 31, 2019 to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.025 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
