New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.5 million return notes tied to basket of 15 stocks

Madison, Wis., June 3 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.5 million of 0% return notes due June 17, 2015 linked to an equally weighted basket of 15 stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underlying companies are Viacom Inc., AMC Networks Inc., Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., Tenneco Inc., HomeAway, Inc., Weatherford International Ltd., Rowan Cos. plc, First Republic Bank, Mylan Inc., Insulet Corp., BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Endo Health Solutions Inc., Trulia, Inc. and Rackspace Hosting, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return times a basket adjustment factor of 99%.
Investors will share in losses if the basket return is less than 1.01%.
