New Issue: JPMorgan prices $17.42 million capped buffered enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, May 20 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $17,422,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due March 21, 2016 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,224.90 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
