JPMorgan plans 10-year principal protected notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, April 1 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes due April 25, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on April 21 and settle on April 24.

The Cusip number is 48127DDL9.
